      • in particular for the purpose of asserting legal claims and defending the legitimate interests of IPM Staněk s.r.o.

    Personal data processing with customer consent – for marketing purposes

    • granting the customer’s consent is completely voluntary, but at the same time necessary for him to be able to be contacted by IPM Staněk s.r.o. for the purpose of informing about their products and services, for the purpose of sending information, news, presentation materials, competitions, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “marketing purposes”),
    • The customer has the opportunity to give their consent in writing, especially at the time of concluding the contract,
    • Personal data may also be provided to third parties for marketing purposes, which are listed in the consent form.
    • Without the consent given, the customer cannot be informed or sent about all news and events of IPM Staněk s.r.o. or about services that with the services of IPM Staněk s.r.o. related,
    • The customer may revoke the consent at any time, in writing to the e-mail address info@ipms.cz or in writing to the address of IPM Staněk, s.r.o. in accordance with Article 9 of this document.
  6. TIME FOR PERSONAL DATA TO BE PROCESSED.

    Personal data of customers IPM Staněk s.r.o. processes for the period during which it provides its services to its customers or for the duration of the contractual relationship. Personal data is never processed or stored longer than necessary.

  7. WHO HAS ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

    3. Right to correct personal data
